Portobay Group Recognized by the British Market

PortoBay Group recently received eight distinctions awarded by the British operator British Airways Holidays and four by Jet2holidays.

In the “Customer Excellence Awards 2024” by British Airways Holidays, the iconic The Cliff Bay in Madeira stood out with an impressive rating of 4.9 out of 5 points. With 4.8 points, PortoBay Liberdade and PortoBay Marquês in Lisbon, PortoBay Flores in Porto, and PortoBay Santa Maria in Madeira were awarded. Porto Mare, Suite Hotel Eden Mar (both in Madeira), and PortoBay Teatro in Porto also received distinctions with 4.7 points.

Additionally, the group was recognized by Jet2holidays with the “Quality Award 2024” for the hotels PortoBay Santa Maria, Suite Hotel Eden Mar, Porto Mare, and PortoBay Teatro. This award reflects the quality of service provided and customer satisfaction.

These new distinctions further strengthen the group's established relationship with the British market, which continues to be one of the main sources of tourists for PortoBay properties.
