Nine PortoBay hotels recognised by British Airways Holidays

PortoBay Hotels & Resorts had nine of its hotels, located in Madeira, Lisbon, Porto and Algarve, honoured in the latest edition of the “Customer Excellence Awards 2023” by British Airways Holidays. The winners were the five-star The Cliff Bay (Madeira), which has won this award 8 years in a row, the PortoBay Flores (Porto) and PortoBay Liberdade (Lisbon), and the four-star Porto Santa Maria (Madeira) and Porto Mare (Madeira), Suite Hotel Eden Mar (Madeira), PortoBay Teatro (Porto), PortoBay Marquês (Lisbon), and PortoBay Falésia (Algarve).

These awards are the result of customer evaluations by British Airways Holidays. This year, around 730 hotels received awards. All PortoBay establishments were rated above 4,6, with 5 being the maximum.
