Il Basilico launches coloured pizzas

Il Basilico restaurant, at the PortoBay Teatro hotel, has some colourful news!

Spinach, beetroot and charcoal are the ingredients that add colour to the dough in the three new pizzas at the restaurant this week: Pizza Verde, Pizza Rosa and Pizza Nera.

In addition to their unique and colourful appearance, these wood-oven pizzas also have added nutritional value and are . .. delicious!
