Hotel Porto Mare receives Red Star Quality Award
The Porto Mare Hotel,
part of the PortoBay Hotels & Resorts group, has been recognized with the Red Star Quality Award, a distinction granted by the DERTOUR Group that annually highlights 150 hotels worldwide for their excellence in quality and service. In Portugal, only four hotel units were awarded this prize.
The selection of awarded hotels is based on customer reviews and recommendations, internal surveys, and DERTOUR Group indicators, including the number of complaints received. The Red Star Quality Award is considered the highest quality distinction granted by DERTOUR to its hotel partners, highlighting those that stand out for their exceptional service quality.
The official certificate award ceremony for Hotel Porto Mare took place on March 25th at the hotel premises. This recognition reinforces PortoBay Group’s commitment to providing high-quality experiences to its guests, strengthening its position in the hospitality sector.
