UNIQUE AMBIANCE

Taking advantage of its prime location, the Avista restaurant, which combines local community with hotels guests,  offers several outdoor environments around the main building including the terrace, an outdoor lounge with fireplace and chill-out area and viewpoint on the upper terrace, with binoculars for watching dolphins.

Inside, the neutral colours blend with different textures, to frame the memorable landscape that is visible through the glass walls. The tile mural by artist Meinke Flesseman adds a distinctive touch to the ‘pavilion’. On the upper floor, a panel by photographer Henrique Seruca represents the fresh fish from the coast, one of the mainstays of this kitchen managed by Benoît Sinthon.
