Contact us via Whatsapp or through the chat service we offer on our in-house sites. Our virtual assistant automatically answers the most frequently asked questions. If not, a member of our team will answer. Convenience guaranteed!

RESTAURANTS AND SPAS
Digital menus are available in restaurants and spas for all hotels and are easily accessible on your mobile phone. We also offer the option of single-use disposable menus.

EXPRESS CHECK-OUT
For a quicker and more convenient check-out, you can contact your hotel reception the day before to settle your account and inform us of your departure time. On departure, you can leave your room key in the drop-box at reception. Your invoice will be sent by e-mail and we will give preference to contactless payment.
