Duetos at Il Gallo d'Oro
The 9th edition of "Duetos" takes place on April 13, at the Il Gallo d'Oro restaurant with two Michelin stars and a green star. Chef Benoît Sinthon welcomes Chef Vasco Coelho Santos from Euskalduna Studio restaurant (Porto. 1 Michelin star) for a four-hand dinner.
Benoît Sinthon brings a selection of dishes to the table, including his premium steak with morel mushrooms and spring ragu, and one of his signature creations - foie gras, pineapple and honey cake. Vasco Coelho Santos focuses on high-quality seafood including caviar, with his prawn and scarlet shrimp takoyaki dish, and eel with kvass.
