Duetos at Il Gallo d'Oro
The 8th edition of "Duets" takes place on March 9, at the Il Gallo d'Oro restaurant with two Michelin stars and one green star. Chef Benoît Sinthon invites Chef Sébastien Broda from the restaurants Eden-Roc and Louroc (Antibes, France. 1 Michelin star) for a four-hand dinner.
Benoît Sinthon brings to the table a selection of dishes, including sword tartlet with panna cotta and fennel chutney and one of his signature creations with foie gras, pineapple and honey cake. Sébastien Broda focuses on fish and seafood, with oysters with bouillabaisse and iodized foam as well as mackerel with caviar, sturgeon and lemon.
