On 3 February, chef Benoît Sinthon welcomes chefs Carlos Teixeira (Herdade do Esporão - Alentejo - 1 Michelin star and Green Star) and Luís Brito (A Ver Tavira - Algarve - 1 Michelin star) for an exclusive dinner.
Benoît Sinthon brings a selection of dishes to the table, including his signature creation ‘crystalline waves’. Carlos Teixeira focuses on legumes, while Luís Brito takes inspiration from Algarve cuisine.
