Duetos at Il Gallo d'Oro restaurant with Chef Pedro Pena Bastos
The sixth edition of "Duets" will take place on 3 November, at the Il Gallo d’Oro restaurant, holder of two Michelin stars and a Green Star. Chef Benoît Sinthon will be inviting Chef Pedro Pena Bastos from Cura restaurant in Lisbon, holder of one Michelin Star, to prepare dinner together.
The result is a journey of flavours, with the spotlight on carefully selected ingredients, where freshness and quality are the star attraction. Beetroot, passion fruit and pineapple combine with the flavours of eel, lobster and violet prawn, on a night that also features a Duet of Sommeliers. These creations can be sampled from a 10-course menu (€295 per person . drinks not included) with the option of wine pairing (€155 per person) prepared by Leonel Nunes (resident sommelier) and David Lopes (guest sommelier)
