Four hotels recognised by British Airways Holidays

PortoBay Hotels & Resorts had four of its hotels, located in Madeira, Lisbon and Porto, honoured in the latest edition of the “Customer Excellence Awards” by British Airways Holidays. The winners were the five-star The Cliff Bay (Madeira), which has won this award 6 years in a row, the PortoBay Flores (Porto) and the four-star Porto Santa Maria (Madeira) and PortoBay Marquês (Lisbon).

These awards are the result of customer evaluations by British Airways Holidays. This year, around 430 hotels received awards, which means that PortoBay hotels were amongst the top 4% in 2021. All PortoBay establishments were rated above 9, with 10 being the maximum.
