Cristian Viotto is the Chef at Osteria al Ponte del Diavolo, on the island of Torcello in Venice, and it was with his grandmother that he discovered his passion for cooking. Born in a small village in Venice, his entire professional career was marked by exploring the flavours of Italy and different products from the Adriatic coast, even when working in other countries such as Germany and Portugal. Throughout his career he has worked at several renowned hotels and restaurants such as Hotel Danieli, Hotel Excelsior and Hotel Rosalpina. The kitchen he currently runs focuses on local and seasonal Italian products.
