Duetos AVISTA x JNcQUOI

The ‘Duets’ are back and this time in a triple dose! From 28 to 30 June, JNcQUOI comes to Madeira for two dinners and a catamaran trip with various treats, including star dishes from the guest restaurant and excellent wines. This gastronomic journey promises exceptional and unforgettable flavours.

 

FOUR-HANDED DINNER AT AVISTA ASIA. 28 JUNE


On the 28th, Avista Asia hosts JNcQUOI Asia for an explosion of Asian flavours, which features the guest chef's signature dishes, combined with ingredients from Madeira such as parrotfish and produce from the PortoBay vegetable garden. To make the experience even more enriching, customers are welcomed with a cocktail, followed by wine pairing, which accompanies the different evening courses.

 

 

AVISTA HOSTS JNcQUOI AVENIDA. 29 JUNE


The following day, 29 June, it is Avista's turn to host JNcQUOI Avenida at a dinner that focuses on premium ingredients such as lobster and foie gras. It features four signature dishes by Chef António Bóia, who presents some of his best-sellers in Lisbon, such as paletilha and dinosaur baba.
In addition to the craft beer that is offered on arrival at the restaurant, there is also a TITAN wine pairing with the presence of producer Luís Leocádio.

 

 

CATAMARAN AT SUNSET AVISTA X JNcQUOI . 30 JUNE


To end these three days in the best possible way, on 30 June Avista and JNcQUOI will prepare a gastronomic party on the high seas, with a catamaran trip along the Madeiran coast.
It will last two hours with a live DJ, drinks included and finger food with Asian and Mediterranean flavours.
The dress code for the event is white casual.
