Extreme and adventure sports such as skydiving, mountain biking, climbing, jeep tours, buggy rides, paragliding, jet skiing or rafting are available in the Algarve. The winds here are also good for paragliding flights, especially on the Vicentine Coast. A balloon flight is a great idea, and spring is an especially good time of the year. It is also an opportunity to see the almond blossom.
