Whenever possible, regional products are favoured at the hotels' restaurants and bars. At the hotels in Portugal, craft fairs are organised to help promote and advertise the products of local craftspeople. The group's loyalty programme has a range of partnerships with local shops and tourist attractions that promote local products.
